Wednesday and Thursday were mostly spent in the thermal suite using the sauna and hot tubs, walking around the ship and for me, lying down! This was the first time I had a little queasiness on a cruise. But luckily it didn't stop me from enjoying myself.
The sea was pretty rough.
On Wednesday we walked around up on the pool deck for some fresh air.
I had tea and scones for snack. Because I hadn't had enough to eat!
We went to a talent show put on by the crew. It was interesting and they had some people doing native dances. Their costumes were beautiful!
Wednesday night was our dinner at the Mexican restaurant. It was good and as usual, we ate way too much!
After dinner, we went to the most popular show on the ship, Elements, which was a mix of magic, dancing and acrobats. It was great. After the show, all the officers and crew come out on stage for a final bow.
Thursday was still pretty rough seas but we were slowing down as we were getting closer to Boston, so that helped a little.
On Thursday we slept in and lounged in the room for some of the day and started packing. We watched a movie in our room since I didn't want to walk around much. We did go to the shops and I bought a T-shirt for my next cruise!
We went to our favorite lounge for the last time of the cruise.
Thursday night we went to the early seating of a Cirque de Soleil type show called Soul Duo which was a husband and wife acrobatic team. They were great. No photography was allowed but the stage was so pretty I took a picture before the show started.
We had dinner in the dining room and I took some pictures.
After dinner, we went to Cellars and I splurged and got a glass of my favorite champagne.
While in Cellars, we realized we had phone service so we called home and checked our emails and also looked ahead to see what the weather would be like in Boston which is where we were headed tomorrow!
