50th Birthday Cruise - Sea Days

The next two days would be spent relaxing while we sailed to Jamaica.  We spent a lot of time in the Havana drinking and relaxing but we also did a few activities.  Kate won Friends trivia and won the coveted ship on a stick--pretty good for her first cruise!

We had perfect weather the entire cruise.  I would go out on the balcony first thing every morning.  I love having a balcony for the fresh air and great views.

Our sea days would start with breakfast and then we would make our way to the Havana where we would stay until around 4:00 p.m., then we would rest in our cabins awhile before meeting back up for dinner and sunset.

Kate and I took a disco dance class and it was so much fun!  I had never done this before and was so glad she suggested it.  We might have practiced our moves a few more times during the week!

Our first sea day was elegant night so since we were all dressed up, I suggested we take pictures at sunset.  We had a beautiful sunset and got some great pictures out on the balcony.

We had dinner that night in the main dining room.  On the first elegant night, lobster is on the menu so you know it will be a good meal.

After dinner, we would have a drink and listen to some music somewhere on the ship.  We found a band we really liked called Powerline so if we weren't too tired we would see their show.

The Alchemy Bar was a popular mixology bar that served cocktails and we went there after dinner on the first night.

Our second sea day was a repeat of the first one and we had a beautiful sunset that night also.

Next stop--Montego Bay!
